Delivery and Returns

At Ettie's Field we aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible. Our delivery time is 3-4 working days. Deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail so please specify a safe place where your parcel can be left in the event that you are not home. Standard Delivery: £6.00 3-4 working days

Deliveries are usually 3-4 working days of placing your order, although at busy times this may be longer. We will send you and email once it has been dispatched.

You may return any unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of the date of delivery. Please ensure they are packaged and returned to us safely in saleable condition. 

Please note you will be required to cover the cost of return carriage. We advise to obtain a proof of the return.

Once we receive the goods we will process your refund. Refunds must be made to the same payment method used to purchase the item. Returns are at the costumers expense except when an item arrives damaged or incorrect. If this happens please notify us within 24 hours.
